Adding or removing an email address for all profiles
If you want to add an email recipient to receive notification when new terms appear on the latest search suggestion list for any profile, use the System Settings option on the Search Suggestions page. You can use this option to remove an email recipient from all search profiles so that user will no longer receive email messages about search suggestion list changes for any search profile.
To add or remove an email address for all search profiles

Log in to the Admin console. |

Choose Search Suggestions from the navigation pane. |

In the Email Address field, type an email address. |

Do one of the following actions: |

To add the email address to the email list in all search profiles, choose Add Email To All Profiles. |

To remove the email address from the email list in all search profiles, choose Remove Email From All Profiles. |

Choose OK to save your changes, or choose Cancel to discard your changes and return to Search Suggestions. |
